What healthcare and support services does ApexHealth provide?

ApexHealth coordinates non-medical PSW and personal support, companionship, homemaking, overnight support, respite, and facility staffing for private homes and care communities.

Do you provide medical care or nursing services?

No. Our services are non-medical. Nursing, clinical assessment, treatment, and medical advice should be arranged through an appropriately licensed healthcare provider.

Who may benefit from in-home support?

Support may help seniors and adults who want assistance with daily routines, personal support, companionship, homemaking, or a transition back home. We discuss each request to confirm service fit.

Can you help with respite for a family caregiver?

We can discuss planned non-medical respite visits, such as companionship or help with agreed daily routines, subject to service fit and staff availability.

Can you provide support after a hospital stay?

We can discuss non-medical support at home alongside discharge instructions and the care plan from the clinical team. Medical decisions, medication changes, and clinical care remain with licensed health professionals.

Can ApexHealth support someone living with dementia?

We can discuss non-medical personal support and companionship, including reassurance, redirection, and agreed daily routines. We do not provide diagnosis, clinical dementia treatment, or nursing care.

Can healthcare support be arranged for facilities?

Yes. We can discuss PSW, companion, housekeeping, concierge, overnight, relief, and general support staffing for retirement homes, assisted living, group homes, supportive housing, and other care environments.

Cost depends on the requested tasks, visit length, schedule, location, and availability. Contact us to discuss the request and pricing.

How many hours of support can I schedule?

Visit length and frequency depend on the requested tasks, schedule, location, and available staffing. Contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

Does ApexHealth manage or administer medication?

No. ApexHealth does not manage, prescribe, or administer medication. A support worker may provide an agreed reminder as part of a suitable non-medical support plan; medication decisions remain with the client, family, pharmacist, or licensed healthcare provider.
